В апреле 20% новых из всех инфекций - было у детей. В мае пока примерно так же.
На средину апреля кумулятивное количество случаев ковида у детей в США составило 3.6 млн случаев. Это было 13.6% от всех случаев ковида в стране (т е каждый восьмой с положительным тестом-ребенок).
На 6 мая это уже 3.85 млн детей (14% всех случаев). За 3 недели -прирост в 250 тысяч человек.
Дети ковидом не болеют, как видим.
За год коронавирус диагностирован у 5% детей страны.
% положительного ответа на тест среди детской популяции-5-34%, в зависимости от штата.
Среди всех госпитализированных с ковидом, доля детей- 1-3%.
До 2% детских случаев ковида требуют госпитализации.
Смертность от ковида среди детей ( ПЦРкоронавирус- подтвержденных)- до 0.03%.

Cumulative cases of COVID-19 in children exceed 3.6 million in those jurisdictions, which is 13.6% of the total reported among all ages, and the overall rate of coronavirus infection is 4,824 cases per 100,000 children in the population, the AAP and CHA said in their weekly COVID-19 report.
Among the 53 reporting jurisdictions, North Dakota has the highest cumulative rate, 9,167 per 100,000 children, followed by Tennessee (8,580), South Carolina (7,948), South Dakota (7,938), and Connecticut (7,707). Children's share of cumulative cases is highest in Vermont, at 21.9%, with Alaska next at 20.0% and Wyoming at 19.2%, the AAP and CHA said.
There were 5 deaths among children during the week of April 9-15, bringing the total to 297
The death rate for children with COVID-19 has been 0.01% since early November — 43 states, New York City, Puerto Rico, and Guam are reporting such data — and the hospitalization rate has been 0.8% since mid-January in 24 states and New York City, the AAP/CHA data show.

Over two weeks, 4/22/21-5/6/21, there was a 4% increase in the cumulated number of child COVID-19 cases (143,716 new cases (3,711,075 to 3,854,791)
3,854,791 total child COVID-19 cases reported, and children represented 14.0% (3,854,791/27,621,153) of all cases
Overall rate: 5,122 cases per 100,000 children in the population
Children made up between 6.0%-19.3% of total state tests, and between 5.3%-33.7% of children tested were tested positive
Children were 1.2%-3.1% of total reported hospitalizations, and between 0.1%-1.9% of all child COVID-19 cases resulted in hospitalization
Children were 0.00%-0.21% of all COVID-19 deaths, and 9 states reported zero child deaths
In states reporting, 0.00%-0.03% of all child COVID-19 cases resulted in death

Date: 2021-05-14 07:16 pm (UTC)Ослабление протвоэпидемических мер, скорее всего, будет способствовать росту заболеваемости. С учетом, что часть популяции привита, и иммунитет определенно работает на защиту какое-то время, подъем случаев будет виден не так выраженно, как был бы в "чистом виде".

Date: 2021-05-14 11:29 pm (UTC)я б еще подумала, что предлагать отказываться от масок где-то логично, когда вакцинировано более 70% взрослых, прошло 2-3 месяца (хотя бы) и видно, что заболеваемость не растет, а упала почти до 0.. ну в таком случае можно считать что все под контролем, и отказываться от доп. мер по ограничению распространения.
вот у нас в районе:
в апреле было 4, потом 4.2, потом 4.3, потом 4.7 случаев на 100 тыс, сейчас- 5.3.
привито 77% взрослых хотя бы одной дозой. уже вот без масок ок, ограничений много снято (но не все).
на мой взгляд- рано, тк все еще есть рост случаев (пусть и маленький, но есть). смертность держится примерно такая же, как и была.
т. е. если судить по цифрам- не ушла эпидемия. так почему отказываться от мер по сдерживанию?

2. Перестать собачится с противниками вакцин и масок, ибо бесполезно.
