Патологическая склонность трампа во всем винить Обаму, особенно в своих промахах и недочетах, уже несколько достает.
 Все любители трампа теперь в курсе, что это из-за Обамы, оказывается, США не отреагировало быстро на угрозу эпидемии.
Это Обама, помешал сделать мильйон тестов.  И принять меры вовремя.
Вот же ж,  наш пострел везде поспел!
Но теперь - ура!- трамп все пофисксил, перерезал красную ленточку- вперед, страна! Прибыли- олигархам,  землю -крестьянам, фабрики- рабочим, тесты всем желающим, уже, вот вот, почти, скоро!

Трамп нападал в первую очередь на Обаму, но не только. Вместе с другими пропагандистами (и путинскими троллями) он сознательно подрывал доверие к американскому правительству в целом.
