Почти сразу после обращения в госпиталь она попала в реанимацию и получала ИВЛ, ЭКМО и прочие системы поддержки жизни, 6 недель, и врачи надеялись что она сможет восстановиться. Однако вирус повредил легкие так, что единственным шансом на спасение и жизнь для нее стала пересадка, на что и решились доктора. Это 3 в мире пересадка легких (после Китая и Австрии).

“COVID-19 is a disease unlike anything we’ve seen before,” he said. “One minute the patient is talking to you and looks comfortable, and the next minute, the patient’s oxygen starts to drop and the patient suddenly requires ventilation and intubation.”

Date: 2020-06-12 04:07 pm (UTC)думаю, такие последствия для молодых, должны бы наводить на мысль об опасности заболевания (для молодыхв том числе).
разумется, редкие болеть будут настолько тяжело, чтоб единственным шансом была пересадка легких- но велика вероятность, что у тех кто будет болеть "средне" тяжело- последствия повреждений легких будут аукаться всю оставшуюся жизнь.

Date: 2020-06-12 05:47 pm (UTC)Да, не известно, как обойдется с легкими у тех, кто перенес в той или иной степени тяжести. И не только легкие, но и другие органы повреждаются. Какая-то редкостная зараза. Но что меня больше всего удручает - ученые до сих пор друг с другом воюют и до сих пор не знают, какие карантинные меры правильные, какие "слишком", а какие ничего не дают. Так ни о чем и не договорились.

Date: 2020-06-12 07:21 pm (UTC)Да и это крайний случай, предоставляющий всего лишь отсрочку на несколько лет. Если все сложится удачно.
Это лечение скорее экспериментальное, я думаю. Но случай показателен в том смысле что- болеют люди всех возрастов, болеет тяжело, поражения легких серьезные- и никто не застрахован и заранее не знает, как обойдется.

с точки зрения здоровья людей (и конкретных, и популяции)- чем жестче карантин, чем более координирован, организован ответ на эпидемию -тем лучше.
