Researchers at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) have found elevated levels of a biomarker related to blood vessel damage in children with SARS-CoV-2 infection, even if the children had minimal or no symptoms of COVID-19. They also found that a high proportion of children with SARS-CoV-2 infection met clinical and diagnostic criteria for thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA). TMA is a syndrome that involves clotting in the small blood vessels and has been identified as a potential cause for severe manifestations of COVID-19 in adults.

The natural infections and epidemiological roles of household pets in SARS-CoV-2 transmission are not understood.
We conducted a longitudinal study of dogs and cats living with at least one SARS-CoV-2 infected human in Texas and found 47.1% of 17 cats and 15.3% of 59 dogs from 25.6% of 39 households were positive for SARS-CoV-2 via RT-PCR and genome sequencing or neutralizing antibodies. Virus was isolated from one cat.
The majority (82.4%) of infected pets were asymptomatic.
Re-sampling of one infected cat showed persistence of viral RNA at least 32 d-post human diagnosis (25 d-post initial test).
Across 15 antibody-positive animals, titers increased (33.3%), decreased (33.3%) or were stable (33.3%) over time.

Так что, как минимум, они  в группе риска в семьях тех, где есть больные.

White House chief of staff Mark Meadows on Friday pressed Food and Drug Administration chief Stephen Hahn to grant an emergency use authorization for Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine by the end of the day or face possible firing, two administration officials said.
The chief of staff also told Hahn his job was in jeopardy if the emergency use authorization was not issued before Saturday, said a second administration official familiar with the conversation.
Hahn signaled that he would tell regulators to allow the vaccine to be issued on an emergency basis, the official said.
Friday's threat marked the latest attempt by the Trump administration to override government scientists working to combat the deadly pandemic. Even with an FDA decision expected within hours, President Donald Trump and his deputies proved unwilling to let regulators work through their careful review, which includes drafting safety warning labels and instructions for physicians.
“Get the dam vaccines out NOW, Dr. Hahn,” Trump tweeted Friday. “Stop playing games and start saving lives.”
“This is an untrue representation of the phone call with the Chief of Staff," Hahn said in a statement. "The FDA was encouraged to continue working expeditiously on Pfizer-BioNTech’s EUA request. FDA is committed to issuing this authorization quickly, as we noted in our statement this morning.”
The FDA said earlier Friday that it "will rapidly work” to grant emergency use of the vaccine.

Файзеровская команда начала публиковать , что получила в  исследованиях на мышах и приматах.
Мыши: что-то сделано,   много разного в статье есть; но весь иммунитет- в пределах месяца. Ни динамики особо, ни испытаний заражением.
Приматы. В опыте участвовали по 6 макак  резус на вакцину (на каждую дозу, и там было 2 варианта вакцины).
В качестве "контроля" брался физраствор.
Состояние иммунитета проверяли  максимум через 56 дней после 1 дозы ( для зараженных), или 35 дней после второй.

Но если судить по картине болезни- контрольным обезьянам хватило и  тех 150, чтобы не заболеть. Ну или еще чего-то.
В целом статья хорошая, много материала, интересно почитать с точки зрения развития иммунного ответа  у обезьян на коронавирус, но,  на мой взгляд,  для переноса данных про иммуногенность и защитные свойства вакцины- на людей-  это не совсем то. Мало по времени, и не очень подходящая модель, чтобы показать что вакцина- работает...
